Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Mosaic ("the Service"), provided by Recursive Labs Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Mosaic is a CLI testing tool that runs test scripts inside live applications. The Service is currently in development with access available through our waitlist.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe on the rights of others; distribute malware or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or interfere with the operation of the Service.

5. Intellectual property

Mosaic and all related materials are the intellectual property of Recursive Labs Inc. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Service or its content.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recursive Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new effective date.
